Feedback from a delighted guest.... (we're delighted too...)

I just wanted to send a hearty thanks from my husband and myself for a wonderful weekend spent at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge.  Our hotel room was absolutely stunning - we loved it!  We really appreciated the attention to detail that was throughout the room - even the SPF 30 and bug repellent (which we used).  The staff were incredibly friendly and we were super delighted to be served by Kufa on multiple occasions.  Betress was a delight behind the reservations counter and deserves recognition for her fantastic customer service.  Several others are noteworthy - Daniel, John, and many more - just goes to show that there are too many names to remember for a job well done.

I will definitely be recommending your lodge to my family, friends, and colleagues and hope to be staying with you again soon.  Please keep me apprised of any specials at the lodge as I'd love to take another weekend to come and visit you again.
